Plan 1:
No monthly fees. 75% of commissions paid to Agent/25% to Broker.
Plan 2:
$500/month fee. 100% of commissions paid to Agent.
- Full service Brokerage - standard commissions charged to clients - not a discount or MLS only Brokerage.
- Locally owned and operated with local presence and name recognition - not an out of town Broker.
- ALL General Inquiry, Buyer and Listing leads, Referrals, Relocation as well as IDX leads distributed to Agents in round-robin fashion with no referral fee due from receiving Agent. Broker does not participate in new leads. Documentation of lead distribution provided to Agents on a real-time basis as leads distributed to insure impartiality.
- Broker provides company website and its maintenance.
- Broker provides Agent a company email address.
- Broker provides centrally located Downtown Lima professional office space for Agent to meet clients as needed 24/7.
- Agent must have own home office space and required basic office equipment.
- Agent responsible for own MLS input and maintenance.
- Agent responsible for their own business costs including: promotional advertising, contract forms (electronic versions provided), signs, sign riders, newspaper ads, etc.
- Cost of Errors & Omission insurance policy to be split amongst Broker/Agents once yearly.
- No floor time or weekly meetings. Company meetings as needed.
- Listing Agent receives their own listings leads.
- Open door policy access to Broker for any training or questions.
